AMELIA ARNOLD
DipTCL CBTS RAD RTS (PRINCIPAL)

Amelia trained at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts, graduating in July 2016 with a Trinity College London Professional Diploma in Musical Theatre, Laine Theatre Arts Level 6 Diploma in Musical Theatre. Amelia is a fully qualified teacher with the following exam boards: Royal Academy of Dance, ISTD, IDTA, BBOdance and the NATD. She is also a registered teacher with the CDMT - so you can rest assured you are receiving the highest quality training at AKA. Amelia has extensive performing experience including West End, Pantomime and TV work. As a competitive dancer, Amelia won numerous Awards and Trophies, including being placed numerous times, as a soloist and as part of group dances, at the All England Finals. Amelia has a huge passion for teaching and choreography, she loves passing on her knowledge of all things Dance and Musical Theatre to help transform her students into fabulous budding performers. Amelia prides herself on the highest quality teaching ensuring every student achieves their full potential! 


Isabelle started dancing at the age of 4 in Hereford at Three Counties Dance Academy for 14 years. She then studied Musical Theatre and Dance at Hereford Sixth Form college and gained a Distinction star in both. Isabelle has just completed her vocational training at Stella Mann College graduating in July 2023. Over Christmas Isabelle completed her first professional contract in a touring Panto to schools around the UK. I have been dancing since I can remember and have always had a passion for teaching. Stella Mann College taught me so much and allowed me to work with industry professionals. I would love to pass this on to the next generation of dancers.

SOPHIE FEATHERSTONE

Sophie started dancing at the age of 5 at Hereford Ballet School for 10 years before moving to Aspire Dance Studio to continue her training. She studied both GCSE and A-Level Dance before moving to Worcester to study at University, graduating in 2016 with a 1st Class Degree in PE and Sports Studies. During her time at University, she continued her dance training achieving her Advanced Grades in both ISTD Tap and Modern Theatre. Since graduating, Sophie has been teaching dance and PE across many of the Primary Schools in Herefordshire and surrounding areas sharing her knowledge and passion for the subject. This summer Sophie has just graduated from bbodance with a Level 6 Extended Diploma in dance teaching and is excited to start teaching at AKA in the Autumn Term. She has also taught Rhythmic Gymnasts for 6 years in Worcester and is a level 2 British Gymnastics Coach in both Rhythmic and Pre-School Disciplines, as well as being certified to teach GroovyKids Yoga.


I have been dancing since I was 4 years old and have a love for all things theatre and performing. I trained at Birmingham Ormiston Academy getting a Musical theatre BTEC alongside my GCSE’s . I then went onto a two year BTEC course at Emil Dale Academy then Performers college. I have not long ago completed a Uk Pantomime tour of Beauty and the Beast where I played Mrs Potts. I’ve always had a drive to teach and spread joy and knowledge to others who love to perform like me. I’m so excited to get stuck in, get to know everyone and have some fun

MISS FELICIA

MISS BETH

Beth grew up in Herefordshire and began dancing at the age of 4, studying Imperial Ballet, Modern and Tap. Developing a strong passion for dance, she decided to pursue a career in ballet teaching. Beth attended Janet Marshall’s Dance Centre and completed her DDE in Imperial Ballet in 2016, before successfully gaining a place at the Royal Academy of Dance, London. She graduated with a BA (Hons) in Ballet Education and RAD Registered Teacher Status in 2019. Since graduating Beth has gained much experience teaching a range of ages and abilities in RAD and ISTD dance schools. Having developed a great interest in the science behind the training of ballet she subsequently completed an MSc in Strength and Conditioning in 2022. During this time she assisted with the strength and conditioning provision at Elmhurst Ballet School and completed research into the benefits of eccentric resistance training for youth female ballet dancers, which was presented at the UK Strength and Conditioning Annual Conference in 2023 and is now published. She is very much looking forward to sharing her knowledge with the students at Amelia K Academy.


Lianne began her training at Harlequin Stage School at just six years old. Her love of dance grew to her teens where she competed in many competitions. She continued to study Dance and Theatre Performance at Bird College. Following this Lianne decided teaching and choreography was her passion so returned to her home town and choreographed many award winning numbers for a number of prestigious competitions and has obtained a variety of awards and gained extensive recognition as a choreographer. Choreographing is something Lianne has always been very fond of and has more recently become a freelance teacher to broaden her experience outside of Worcester and has successfully delivered classes to a number of schools across the u.k. She has taught at CYD? Super convention in Liverpool and more recently the CYD? Worcester convention. Lianne has also enjoyed teaching in academic establishments including workshops at Worcester college of technology for their BTEC Performing Arts course and workshops for the IB students at Malvern college as well as her regular weekly teaching sessions teaching at RGS The Grange,Worcester and Witton Middle School, Droitwich and most recently JDF Performing Arts College, Kidderminster. Lianne used to teach Amelia and is very much looking forward to teaching for her at her wonderful school

MISS LIANNE

MISS ANGEL


I have been dancing since I was 3 years old. At Age 10 Amelia started teaching me and I went from strength to strength, from classes every day to competing my life was, and still is,dancing. I realised quickly that I had a passion for teaching and Amelia has helped me gain my dance teaching qualifications. I love teaching and helping others achieve their goals. I can’t wait to see you all in class!


Eleanor has recently graduated with First Class BA (Hons) degree in Dance Performance, Teaching and Choreography from Preston College Dance. Alongside her degree, she has achieved her DDE in Modern Theatre and Imperial Classical Ballet, and has also achieved registered teaching status with the Royal Academy of Dance. During her full-time training, Eleanor has performed in showcases and undertaken workshops with industry professionals. In 2024, she had the opportunity to perform at ‘Move It’ at the Excel London. She is passionate about teaching and excited to start teaching at Amelia K Academy
