A gentle, playful introduction to dance for our very youngest. Parent and child welcome.
About this stage
Life in Tots
Tots Dance is a warm, song-led first taste of the studio. With a grown up close by, little ones explore movement, rhythm and imagination through props, stories and plenty of smiles.
There is no pressure and no performance expectation, just a lovely half hour that builds coordination, listening and confidence from the very start.
What we focus on
- Moving to music and simple rhythm
- Balance, coordination and spatial awareness
- Taking turns, listening and following along
- Confidence away from mum, dad or grandparent

A note for parents
A parent or grown up stays with your little one throughout, so first classes are never daunting. Come along, join in, and let them set the pace.
